Meet Emily Stone
Hey there, I’m Emily!
Most days you can find me running my business from a local co-working space and second-guessing whether it's a 2 or 3 cup of coffee kind of day.
I am known for how often I drop the phrase ‘functional mushrooms’ into casual conversation. I am not known for my house tidiness skills. 🙂
I love serving the world by making important content accessible to those who need it, when they need it.
The things I am most passionate about in life are: raising three exceptional young men, teaching others, and designing a life I love.
I serve pregnant and new moms who want to start their motherhood journey from a place of calm and confidence. I would also like to support the growing number of women struggling to conceive.
I am lucky that I can use my 15 years experience creating and teaching online courses as well as my training as an Integrative Nutrition Health Coach to fill in the gaps of mainstream pregnancy and postpartum education.
In 2023 I earned 2nd place in the Woman Up and Pitch competition, hosted by Michigan Women Forward.

When I’m not busy working you can catch me: sweating and singing in my favorite hot yoga class, throwing a football with 1, 2, or 3 of my sons, or making a cheese plate and calling it dinner.
If it’s winter, I’m dreaming of summer; and if it’s summer, I’m on a paddleboard in northern Michigan.
